The founders of Konvivial (pronounced; con-viv-e-al) were inspired by this quote and the experiences gained over their combined 45 years of military and federal service. This stirred a passion and desire to assist organizations attempting to solve elusive problems with only partial or underwhelming results. After years of trial and error, and the realization that solutions aren’t inherently valuable apart from an identified problem, Konvivial embarked on a journey to develop a proven human-centered approach to problem-solving, thereby significantly enhancing insight, decision-making, and desired business outcomes for our clients.
